Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings delivers his first State of the County speech Thursday

On Thursday, Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings will deliver the 2019 State of the County address at the Orange County Convention Center.

Demings' first mayoral address will highlight his administration's current and future initiatives, including transportation, affordable housing and wages, among other priorities, officials say.

The program begins at 9 a.m. and will be televised on Orange TV, which is carried on Spectrum Channel 488, Comcast Channel 9 and CenturyLink Channel 1081, and is available on the Roku App Store.

The address will also be live-streamed on Orange County's website.

The Orange County Convention Center West Concourse, where the address will take place, is located at 9800 International Drive.
