NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Order dated October 24, 2016, entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Seminole County, Florida, Case No. 2016-CA- 001085-14- H-W, in which HMC ASSETS LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIV TRUST, is Plaintiff, and Christopher Dipretoro, Defendants, and any and all unknown parties claiming interests by, through, under or against a named defendant to this action, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, the Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Seminole County, Florida: LOT 18, BLOCK H, SKY LARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 84 AND 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA. Property Address: 1514 Sparrow St., Longwood, FL 32750. Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 6th day of December, 2016, to be held in Room S201 of the Seminole County Courthouse at: 301 North Park Ave., Sanford, FL 32771.
