Gimme Shelter: Meet Penny!

Penny (A424842) has been here for almost a month, and we are so surprised! Penny is 10 years old and is a laid-back senior girl. She loves attention, appears to be housebroken, and is a happy-go-lucky pup who would love a forever home to spend her golden years in. She's ready to go home today, so stop by and meet her!

Remember, OCAS offers year-round adoption promotions: First responders and military veterans can adopt for free, all pets 7 years and older can be adopted for free, and cats are always BOGO (two for the "price" of one). The adoption fees include sterilization, vaccinations and a microchip.
