Lightly Guided Meditation with Judith Stein-Farrall

When: Second Thursday of every month, 7-8 p.m., Wednesdays, 8:30-9 a.m. and Fourth Thursday of every month, 7-8 p.m.

The beauty of guided meditation is that you can bring about change in your body by using your mind, and that means activating muscles, changing your biological state, and even changing the way the cells in your body work. Join us for a half hour mid-week recharge.
