Call it weird, but I'm not that into breakfast foods. So when I stumbled upon Melissa's Chicken & Waffles food truck at a local mobile food gathering, I fully expected a menu of hangover brunch fare. Then I spotted the s'more waffle in all its gooey, sugary glory. No, they aren't reinventing the wheel with this dessert, but Melissa's hits the ever-so-sweet spot with just a few simple ingredients: Fluffy, warm waffle; melted Nutella chocolate spread; and crispy, singed mini-marshmallows. It's a rich, messy snack, so grab a few napkins before noshing. And follow Melissa's truck on Facebook (/melissaswaffletruck) or on Twitter (@melissaswaffles) for updates on where to curb your next sweet fix.
