Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll

When: July 3-4, 8 p.m. 2015

We love a Fringe revival. Seriously, there are just too many shows at Fringe Festival to see all the best ones every year; inevitably, at the end of the fest, the crowd is raving about a show you completely missed. So a lot of you may be pretty chuffed for a second chance to see David Lee in the Eric Bogosian-penned one-man show Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll – after all, there were only six Fringe performances. In our review earlier this year, we wrote, “Watching Lee unravel and tighten throughout a series of monologues on a sparse set was almost more human than humanity itself. Sure, it’s dark stuff … but, as has become the norm with Lee’s thespian bloodletting, the dynamics are huge, the smiles spare, the truths loud and the meaning clear.” Who says there are no second acts in American lives? – Jessica Bryce Young

Price: $10-$15
