Tai Chi Chuan

When: Mon., Feb. 2, 7-8:30 p.m. and Mon., Feb. 16, 7-8:30 p.m. 2015

An introduction to Tai Chi Chuan, a physical exercise and system of self-defense based on effortless breathing, rhythmic movement and weight equilibrium. Students will be offered discussion on Tai Chi philosophy, be introduced to the 60 movements short form sequence, and train in push-hands.
