Universal readies CityWalk eateries

The countdown is under way for Universal Studios CityWalk, scheduled to open before year's end. And when it does, Orlando surely can claim its title as themed-restaurant capital of the universe. Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville is just one of the eateries on the drawing board.

Most of the offerings at the dining and entertainment complex will be just as casual and fun, like the new and improved Hard Rock Cafe -- the world's largest. Motown Cafe will offer down-home American cooking, and Bob Marley -- A Tribute to Freedom will serve Jamaican cuisine. NASCAR Cafe will showcase racing memorabilia along with a menu of ribs, steaks and chops. Upscale Emeril's Restaurant Orlando will favor spicy Creole cuisine of celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse.
